  19. I have a Prometheus Cyberphone 28.8 running under windows 95 on a 
  20. Micron Home MPC90.  Using Netscape and Windows 95 dial-up into Internet
  21. Access Provider that says their modems are digital.
  22.  
  23. Under modemlog.txt it says "error control off or unknown"
  24.                            "data compression off or unknown"
  25.  
  26. My question is what can I do to fix it? 
  27. Is it causing me slower response?
